Grace Global Business Services (GBS) in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Project Manager, Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement to guide high-impact initiatives from inception to completion. You will manage complex scopes, budgets, and cross-functional teams, linking executive vision to ground execution, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across operations.

The role requires 7–10+ years in project management and process excellence, with Lean Six Sigma/Governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of Project Management, CI/Process Excellence, and Transition/Migration.
• Experience in Shared Services, GBS, or BPO environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
• Oversee transitions into GBS with knowledge transfer and governance.
• Drive CI initiatives, measure benefits, and sustain improvements.
• Provide clear reporting to leadership and manage risks and dependencies.
