Job summary

Amentum seeks a Project Coordinator in the Philippines to provide in-country project coordination and stakeholder facilitation for BioSHIELD implementation. You will support the Project Manager, interface with GPH stakeholders, U.S.

Government personnel, and the COR, while owning document control across all deliverables. You will also assist with permitting, VAT-exemption and customs processes, and monitor cybersecurity compliance with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s in Cybersecurity preferred.
• 4+ years in project coordination/management support, stakeholder engagement, and/or document control on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day coordination and facilitation across the project team and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with GPH stakeholders (DOH and DILG) and in-country U.S. Government personnel and COR.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, site coordination, and bi-weekly teleconferences with DTRA.
• Track risks, issues, action items, and the permits/licenses matrix; contribute to PM Plan, IMS, and Monthly Progress & Financial Report.
• Coordinate VAT-exemption and customs process; track TEI; liaise with Accountant, subcontractors, and Bureau of Customs points of contact.
• Support permitting and regulatory coordination; track permits matrix in the IMS.
• Own document control for all project deliverables; ensure records are complete, audit-ready, and secured.
• Safeguard confidential information (FCI/CUI) in line with cybersecurity requirements.
• Maintain property accountability in coordination with Logistics/Procurement lead.
