Job summary

Shantha Biologics Private Limited in the Philippines seeks an Associate Project Manager to support planning and execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and aligned to business goals.

You'll work closely with multiple teams, report to a senior project manager, manage defined work streams, and grow toward end-to-end ownership of larger initiatives as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in any relevant discipline; Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Engineering backgrounds are a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in biologics, vaccines, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience coordinating projects involving multiple internal teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and tracking of projects from initiation through completion under guidance.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers; monitor milestones and flag deviations.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders to align deliverables and dependencies.
• Plan and conduct cross-functional meetings; capture action items and ensure timely closure.
• Help identify, log, and track project risks and issues; escalate as needed.
• Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and dashboards for reviews and updates.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors on deliverables and timelines.
• Support tracking of key dates and dependencies to keep milestones on schedule.
• Contribute to improving project management processes, templates, and tools.
• Take ownership of smaller work streams or projects end-to-end as experience grows.
