Job summary
Shore360, a Philippine-based outsourcing partner for Australian clients, seeks a Projects Administrator to support AML/CTF compliance, governance and related projects. The role focuses on maintaining records, tracking obligations and assisting the Compliance Manager across regulatory activities.
You will help prepare information for reviews, support reporting and assurance activities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely compliance across processes.
Qualifications
- Experience providing AML/CTF compliance support and records management.
- Ability to maintain accurate AML registers, trackers and evidence.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting, audits and assurance activities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor AML applications and verification outcomes; track deadlines.
- Maintain AML registers, trackers and supporting evidence.
- Prepare materials for review and escalation to Compliance Manager.
- Support AML reporting, audits and independent evaluations.
- Assist with governance, policies and compliance communications.
- Coordinate training and track completion of AML refresher requirements.
- Escalate issues to Compliance Manager and support project activities.
