Job summary

Amentum seeks a Project Coordinator in the Philippines to support BioSHIELD implementation, coordinating in-country activities and interfacing with Government of the Philippines stakeholders and U.S. personnel.

You will assist the Project Manager, manage documentation, and facilitate permits and tax-exemption processes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's in Cybersecurity preferred), at least four years of project coordination experience on complex donor-funded projects, plus strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree in Cybersecurity preferred.
• Experience coordinating with government and donor-funded programs.
• Strong written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-country project activities with stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Organize meetings, track risks and progress against the IMS and reports.
• Facilitate VAT-exemption and customs processes and regulatory permits.
• Own document control for all project deliverables and records.
• Support property accountability and cybersecurity compliance monitoring.
