Job summary

Arcadis Philippines is seeking a Project Accounting Analyst to support project maintenance, invoicing, reporting, and analysis. The role involves setting up projects, updating records, forecasting, reviewing revenue recognition, and coordinating with Project Managers to ensure timely, accurate financial data.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) as well as MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Experience in Shared Service or multinational environment is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Setting up Projects in line with Project Managers requirements.
• Preparation and setting up CLS records and project data.
• Reforecasting projects and monitoring WIP, revenue recognition and unbilled receivables.
• Assist Project Managers and stakeholders with reports, invoices, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with standard project accounting processes and timely project closures.
• Communicate with Project Managers and team members across regions.
