Job summary

Private Advertiser in Pasig City, Philippines, seeks a Project Accounting Coordinator to support QA/QC, maintenance, and improvements of the ERP Project Accounting database, ensuring accuracy of project and client data.

You will monitor daily data entry, generate customized reports and queries, assist with electronic invoicing, train users, and provide backup support for project accounting activities, supporting efficient and compliant financial workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint preferred.
• Experience creating, running, and analyzing database queries and reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily entry of project and client information into the ERP system and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform QA and QC activities for the Project Accounting database.
• Build, generate, and analyze customized database queries, reports, and data requests.
• Maintain and improve database entry processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Review and support electronic invoicing activities and templates.
• Train and support users on database processes and best practices.
• Assist with project accounting operations and special assignments as directed.
• Provide backup support for project accounting functions and ensure compliance.
• Process and support online billing through third-party platforms.
