Job summary

Belo Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Procurement Officer to ensure clinics have essential products and supplies.

You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and place purchase orders while coordinating with Finance, Regulatory Affairs, QA, and Clinic Operations to maintain compliant procurement. Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and experience with local and international suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical, FMCG, retail, or a similar industry is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience handling local and international suppliers is preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA or regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP or inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for assigned product categories.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Build strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Convert demand forecasts into purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Track purchase orders and proactively manage delays or potential stock shortages.
• Work with Supply Chain Planning to maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs without affecting quality or supply.
• Prepare procurement reports, including purchase order status, supplier performance, and inventory risks.
• Coordinate with Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Clinic Operations to ensure timely and compliant procurement.
• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and reporting tools.
