You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, place orders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and maintain inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is required.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Healthcare/pharma/medical/FMCG/retail experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience handling local and international suppliers is preferred.
• FDA/regulatory knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP or inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for product categories.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Build strong supplier relationships for reliable supply and competitive pricing.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Convert demand forecasts into purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Track purchase orders and manage delays or stock shortages.
• Collaborate with Finance, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinic Operations to ensure compliant procurement.
• Support procurement process improvements and reporting tools.
