Belo Medical Group is seeking a Strategic Procurement Officer in the Philippines to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, place purchase orders, and optimize costs while ensuring inventory availability across clinics.

The role requires collaboration with Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Clinic Operations to ensure compliant procurement and reporting improvements. Experience in healthcare or related industries is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for assigned product categories.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Build strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Convert demand forecasts into purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Track purchase orders and proactively manage delays or potential stock shortages.
• Work with Supply Chain Planning to maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs without affecting quality or supply.
• Prepare procurement reports, including purchase order status, supplier performance, and inventory risks.
• Coordinate with Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Clinic Operations to ensure timely and compliant procurement.
• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and reporting tools.
