Job summary

Belo Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist to oversee procurement for both warehouses and branches. You will source suppliers, prepare purchase orders, and ensure timely deliveries to multiple locations.

Strong negotiation and ERP proficiency are essential to maintain stock levels and cost efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a background in procurement processes, excellent supplier relationship skills, and the ability to manage orders from requisition to delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
• Experience in procurement for warehouse and branch operations is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement processes including sourcing, negotiating and order management.
• Strong communication skills to manage suppliers, internal teams and clients.
• Solid negotiation skills for cost-effective procurement.
• Proficiency with procurement software and ERP systems.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement for warehouse and branch requirements, ensuring timely and cost-efficient supply.
• Coordinate with warehouse/branch teams to prepare accurate purchase orders based on inventory.
• Source new suppliers, evaluate offerings, and manage vendor relationships.
• Negotiate favorable terms and monitor supplier performance against SLAs.
• Prepare and track purchase orders with quantities, specs, prices and delivery dates.
• Maintain inventory levels and work with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Generate reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
