Job summary

Belo Medical Group is seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist to oversee procurement for warehouse and branch needs. You will source suppliers, prepare POs, and ensure timely delivery across locations while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires strong negotiation, supplier management, and ERP proficiency, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and logistics to meet client expectations and maintain stock levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, preferably in warehouse and branch operations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, and order management.
• Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and clients.
• Solid negotiation skills to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Proficiency in procurement software and systems (e.g., ERP systems).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure procurement goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Management for Warehouse and Branches: oversee procurement operations for warehouse and branch requirements, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply of goods and materials.
• Supplier Sourcing and Relationship Management: source new suppliers, evaluate offerings, establish reliable vendor relationships.
• Purchase Order Preparation and Tracking: prepare and issue POs, track progress and delivery dates.
• Inventory and Stock Management: monitor warehouse inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team.
• Ensuring Timely Client Deliveries: work with logistics to deliver orders on time.
• Procurement Documentation and Record-Keeping: maintain procurement records and ensure policy compliance.
• Compliance and Vendor Evaluation: ensure compliance and conduct supplier evaluations.
