Job summary

Belo Medical Group is seeking a Strategic Procurement Officer to secure reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and optimize costs while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will translate demand forecasts into orders, monitor supplier performance, and collaborate with Finance, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinic Operations to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires 4–6 years in procurement, a relevant degree, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience in healthcare or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Familiarity with FDA/regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for product categories.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Build strong supplier relationships for reliable supply and pricing.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
• Convert demand forecasts into purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Track purchase orders and manage delays or stock shortages.
• Coordinate with Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Clinic Operations to ensure compliant procurement.
• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and reporting tools.
