CTT.Synergy Corporation is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Procurement Specialist – Non-Trade & Internal Supplies to manage end-to-end purchasing for non-resale goods, operating materials, and fixed assets across multiple hubs.

You will lead supplier sourcing, negotiate terms, enforce governance, monitor budgets, and ensure compliant procurement processes with ERP systems and asset management tools.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of progressive procurement/purchasing experience, focusing on non-trade items, fixed assets, or operational supplies in retail, quick-commerce, FMCG, or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Strong track record in vendor negotiation, contract drafting, and strategic sourcing.
• Proficiency in ERP purchasing modules (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Odoo), advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and inventory/asset management systems.
• Excellent numerical comprehension, financial acumen, and ability to analyze spend metrics to identify cost reductions.
• High integrity, exceptional negotiation skills, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Internal & Operating Supplies Purchasing: manage end-to-end purchasing for non-trade items, store consumables, packaging, warehouse supplies, IT hardware, and admin materials.
• Forecast demand with store managers and logistics to maintain optimal inventory of internal consumables.
• Process PRs into POs with timely delivery across hubs and locations.
• Assets & Equipment Procurement: handleCapEx and operational assets such as refrigeration units, shelving, forklifts, POS devices, and warehouse hardware; ensure specs align with standards and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and technical teams to ensure asset delivery, installation schedules, and vendor SLAs.
• Supplier Management & Negotiation: identify, evaluate, onboard vendors; conduct RFQs and bidding to negotiate price, terms, and lead times; build vendor scorecards.
• Cost & Budget Management: monitor spend against budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities and bulk purchases; benchmark market prices for service contracts.
• Procurement Governance & Compliance: enforce procurement policies, approvals, contracts, and SOPs; audit PR-to-PO workflows and maintain records.
