Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in pricing strategy, pricing structure, analytics, and value-based pricing.
• Previous experience in a pricing consultancy firm is highly preferred.
• Solid background in B2B environments, ideally in Construction or Building Materials, FMCG, Oil & Gas, or other industrial B2B sectors.
• Demonstrated regional experience managing pricing initiatives across multiple countries/markets in Latin America.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into pricing recommendations.
• High level of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
