Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig is seeking a Senior Design Specialist (B2B AU Telco Pre-Sales) to engage with customers and deliver end‑to‑end solution designs and pricing using approved architectures. The role collaborates with account teams to craft proposals, support pre‑sales activities, and guide customers through options with deep product knowledge.

The position requires at least 5 years in ICT solution design or architecture, plus a relevant IT/engineering degree and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in ICT solution design or architecture roles.
• Tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering/ECE, or equivalent industry certifications.
• Knowledge of network, carriage, and security technology.
• Proven experience in pre‑sales or customer‑facing technical roles.
• Strong consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed environment and manage competing priorities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Adaptability and continuous learning orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and collaborate across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to design solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Design and price solutions using approved architectures and quoting tools.
• Provide advanced expertise on internal toolsets and guide customers through solution options.
• Support pre‑sales processes with accurate and detailed proposals.
• Ensure solutions meet design intent and adhere to standard delivery models.
• Support Enterprise sales teams in detailed design, network access qualification, and handover to delivery stages for fixed carriage products.
• Act as the technical lead for contemporary WAN solutions, educating customers on transformative capabilities and self‑serve portals.
• Investigate customer ICT environments and design integration strategies for new services.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on products, services, and processes, sharing knowledge with sales teams, customers, and improvement initiatives.
• Manage Network Services (MNS): support customer solutions by managing modifications, additions, and changes to implemented MNS solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct feasibility studies for connectivity and infrastructure projects.
• Customer‑Centric Approach: deliver exceptional customer experiences with a strong service‑oriented mindset.
• Compliance & Risk Management: maintain 100% adherence to compliance and risk training requirements.
