Job summary

Manpower (Philippines) is seeking a pre-sales planning professional to proactively engage customers and coordinate with technical teams to develop technical plans. The role involves identifying technical requirements, generating proposals, BOM identification, and handling RFQ responses.

The position also covers post-sales support, order registration, delivery updates, contract amendments, costing reconciliation at project closure, and maintenance of price lists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or related field.
• Telco background required.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify key Customer’s technical requirements and provide solutions;
• Generate new and revised commercial proposal;
• Identify the Bill of Materials;
• Manage and coordinate responses for Request of Quotation.
• Support post-sales activities including but not limited to, Received Purchased Order registration in the system; Update customer on delivery status; Support in contract amendments in system for changes in solution; - Support in closure of Contract/Purchased order delivered solution in internal system; Reconciliation of costing upon site implementation versus the purchased order as part of project closure.
• Unit Price List (UPL)/ Price Book maintenance and management for existing and large projects in the system.
• Support sales team in generating quarterly demand forecast.
