Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a delivery and portfolio management professional to oversee end-to-end PMO activities. The role emphasizes governance, prioritization, budgeting, and reporting to align investments with strategic priorities.

The position collaborates with business, technology, and finance teams to optimize resources and mitigate risks, driving value realization and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of end-to-end PM and/or PMO experience; PMI certifications and Telco exposure are a plus.
• Experience configuring and using PMO/project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Looker Studio) and AI solutions (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT).
• Experience with project management development and tracking tools.
• Experience leading people and processes in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science/IT or ECE.

Responsibilities

• Delivery governance and assurance to enforce standardized methodologies and compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end demand portfolio, prioritization, and portfolio planning.
• Manage CAPEX budget planning, funding priorities, and forecast tracking.
• Optimize resource capacity and resolve bottlenecks across delivery portfolios.
• Provide executive dashboards and KPI reporting on portfolio health and performance.
• Identify and mitigate portfolio risks and issues and escalate as needed.
