Qualifications

• 3–5 years of end-to-end PMO experience in a technical environment, preferably Telco
• Experience configuring/building PMO tools and dashboards
• Exposure to AI solutions to enhance project planning and reporting
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Delivery governance & assurance: establish standardized delivery methodologies and governance frameworks; drive continuous improvement.
• Demand management: oversee end-to-end demand portfolio and alignment with priorities and capacity.
• Budget management: manage CAPEX portfolio, budgeting, funding prioritization and forecasting.
• Resource & capacity optimization: optimize resources and resolve bottlenecks across portfolios.
• Progress & performance reporting: develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting for portfolio health.
• Risk and issue management: identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
