• Tracks and reports overall program progress and performance against targets.
• Leads stakeholder communication and creates compelling data-driven reports.
• Identifies potential risks and facilitates mitigation strategies.
• Supports project execution by managing dependencies and follow-ups.
• Oversees project finances by reconciling planned vs actual costs.
• Generates key reports and presents insightful analyses to stakeholders.
• Evaluates vendor performance and manages escalations if needed.
• Identifies areas for process improvement within project management.
• Ensures accurate data source management and documentation.
• Manages accurate project information flow to external agencies.
• Facilitates HR-mandated trainings to enhance project management skills.
