Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Manager in the Philippines to align portfolio activities with corporate strategy and drive cross-functional collaboration across IT and operations.

You will identify dependencies, track risks, and report on portfolio health and KPIs for senior leaders. The role requires hands-on experience in agile environments, managing complex project and product development, and a graduate-level background (MBA preferred).

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field; MBA or related field preferred for PM track.
• Experience of managing complex projects and product development.
• Knowledge of managing agile methodology and experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure portfolio activities align with strategies and communicate direction to teams.
• Identify and track dependencies between projects across tribes.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve dependencies.
• Generate reports on portfolio health, financial performance, and KPIs for leadership.
• Collaborate to assess risks and determine mitigation strategies.
• Regularly review risk exposure and report risk status to leadership.
