Responsibilities

Delivery Governance & Assurance: establish standardized delivery methodologies, governance, and compliance.
Demand Management: oversee end-to-end demand portfolio with prioritization, planning, and capacity alignment.
Budget Management: manage CAPEX portfolio, budgeting, funding prioritization, and forecasting.
Resource & Capacity Optimization: optimize capacity across delivery portfolio and resolve bottlenecks.
Progress & Performance Reporting: develop executive dashboards tracking portfolio health and KPI performance.
KPI & Value Realization: define and monitor portfolio KPIs and value realization metrics.
