Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Integration Lead to drive strategic demand management and enterprise portfolio orchestration. You will govern end-to-end demand flow, prioritize initiatives, and align them with capacity while coordinating across Product, IT, and CX.

Qualifications

• Must have Project Management Certification and/or Agile Project Management Certification.
• 15 to 20 years of professional experience, preferably in Strategy Management or Enterprise Portfolio Management.
• Experience in demand prioritization, EPMO, and cross-program integration.
• Knowledge of IT Solutions, Telco Industry, and investment governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end demand flow within the assigned portfolio and ensure alignment to capacity and roadmap commitments.
• Facilitate demand-supply alignment discussions and investment trade-off decisions across programs.
• Maintain portfolio governance, reporting dashboards, and cross-functional synchronization forums.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable IT portfolio decisions and value realization metrics.
• Partner with Finance to optimize cross-program CapEx/OpEx allocations and manage interdependencies.
