Job summary

ACOM Consumer Finance Corporation seeks a Policy Governance and Process Management Team Supervisor to lead policy governance, document control, and process improvement across the organization in the Philippines.

You will align policies with laws and internal controls, drive standardization, and collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations to ensure accuracy and accessibility of governance documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in policy governance, business process management, or corporate governance.
• Experience drafting/reviewing policies, SOPs, governance documents, and procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, review, revision, and documentation of policies, SOPs, and governance documents.
• Establish and maintain Policy Governance Framework and standards.
• Manage centralized repository of policies with version control and access history.
• Review policies for compliance with laws, regulations, and internal controls.
• Ensure consistency and alignment among policies, manuals, and regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate policy reviews with management, legal, compliance, and internal audit.
