The Policy Governance and Process Management Team Supervisor is responsible for leading the Company's policy governance and process management function by overseeing the development, review, implementation, and continuous improvement of company-wide policies, manuals, regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), forms, and related governance documents.
The role ensures that all corporate documents are clear, standardized, compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and aligned with the Company's governance framework, operational objectives, and internal control environment. Working closely with various departments, the Supervisor drives policy standardization, strengthens governance practices, and promotes operational excellence through effective documentation and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, review, revision, and documentation of company-wide policies, manuals, regulations, SOPs, work instructions, forms, and related governance documents.
Establish and maintain the Company's Policy Governance Framework and documentation standards.
Manage the centralized repository of policies and controlled documents, ensuring proper version control, accessibility, approval history, and document integrity.
Conduct periodic reviews of existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal controls, and business requirements.
Ensure consistency, alignment, and integration among company policies, manuals, governance documents, contractual requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and document operational processes.
Identify policy gaps, process inefficiencies, operational risks, and governance issues, and recommend appropriate corrective actions and process improvements.
Lead policy governance initiatives, documentation projects, and process standardization programs across the organization.
Provide guidance and technical support to departments in the preparation, revision, and implementation of internal policies, memoranda, forms, templates, and procedural documents.
Monitor compliance with the Company's policy governance standards and recommend improvements where necessary.
Coordinate policy reviews with management, legal, compliance, internal audit, and other stakeholders to ensure proper governance and regulatory alignment.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Legal Management, Industrial Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in policy governance, business process management, process improvement, documentation management, compliance, or corporate governance.
Proven experience in drafting and reviewing policies, manuals, SOPs, governance documents, and operational procedures.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Knowledge of governance frameworks, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and documentation standards is an advantage.
