Job summary

Home Credit Philippines seeks an experienced Compliance professional to oversee policy writing and governance, track regulatory updates, and coordinate with business units on local policy documentation.

You’ll administer the internal documents site (SharePoint), manage approval workflows, and prepare monthly compliance status reports while ensuring proper access controls and alignment with BSP, SEC, AMLC regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English in speaking and writing.
• Deep knowledge of BSP, SEC, AMLC regulations.
• 5+ years in Compliance Department, banking experience preferred.
• 2+ years in gap analysis and policy writing/review.

Responsibilities

• Oversee policy writing and governance across local regulatory requirements.
• Track regulatory updates and communicate implications to business units.
• Coordinate board and committee approvals for policies and documents.
• Administer the Internal Documents site (SharePoint) and access controls.
• Ensure compliance processes are followed and publish internal communications.
• Prepare monthly reports on compliance status and archiving needs.
• Facilitate policy standardization governance discussions.
• Provide guidance on localization of group policies and related manuals.
• Conduct periodic reviews of policies, manuals, guidelines, and workplace instructions.
