Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Process & Governance Manager to own end-to-end governance, process, and compliance frameworks for data, analytics, and AI/ML within the CRM function.

You will design scalable future-state processes, maintain complete governance documentation, and ensure regulator-ready artifacts, aligning with RA 10173 and BSP expectations. A senior mix of governance, risk, and analytics expertise is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of governance, process management, model risk, compliance, or control roles, preferably in financial services.
• Strong understanding of analytics and AI/ML model lifecycles and risk concepts.
• Experience in process assessment, gap analysis, and governance framework design.
• Familiarity with BSP regulatory environments and audit expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance enterprise governance frameworks for data, analytics, and AI/ML models, including policies, standards, controls, and decision rights.
• Assess current-state processes across the analytics and model lifecycle; identify gaps, control weaknesses, inefficiencies, and risks.
• Design, document, and implement future-state processes that are scalable, compliant, and business-enabling.
• Define, maintain, and operationalize the Model Governance Framework, including model inventory, lifecycle standards, workflows, and control checkpoints.
• Oversee governance of model validation, performance monitoring, drift detection, and remediation tracking.
• Prepare governance documentation, including policies, procedures, playbooks, risk and gap assessments, audit artifacts, and governance committee packs.
• Ensure alignment with BSP regulatory expectations and Philippine data privacy laws (RA 10173).
• Partner with Data Science, Risk, IT, Compliance, and Business teams to embed governance into day-to-day operations.
