Job summary

PM Consulting seeks an experienced Head of Compliance Governance to lead and strengthen the compliance governance function for a leading financial services organization in the Philippines.

The role works with the Chief Compliance Officer and Business Unit Compliance Officer to oversee compliance across Philippine entities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and the organization’s Compliance Risk Management Framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of compliance management experience in insurance and/or asset management is desired.
• CPA or LLB qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance governance for Philippine entities, ensuring adherence to laws and internal policies.
• Develop and strengthen policies, procedures, standards and controls across the business.
• Advise senior management on regulatory changes, risks and required actions.
• Lead compliance training and awareness initiatives for diverse teams.
• Represent the organization in regulatory engagements, industry forums, and committees.
