Job summary

Home Credit Philippines seeks an experienced Compliance Policy Lead to oversee policy writing, review, and localization for local regulatory requirements. You will ensure governance, tracking, and publication of internal policies and manuals.

You will manage access to the internal documents site, coordinate approvals up to ExCo and Board, and prepare monthly compliance status reports. Collaboration with Legal, Compliance and External Affairs is essential.

Qualifications

• Good command of English (speaking and writing).
• Deep knowledge of BSP, SEC, AMLC regulations and other regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control to internal documents on SharePoint.
• Track document routing to ExCo for notification/review/approval; coordinate Board approvals.
• Admin internal documents site, publish approved documents, enforce access restrictions.
