Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement HR activities including engagement, compensation, and talent management.
• Provide consultation to managers on performance, policies, and talent.
• Handle day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop proactive HR solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
• Conduct onboarding and HR learning sessions for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records and HRIS data in line with policy and local laws.
• Collect and analyze HR metrics; create visuals for management findings.
• Prepare documentation for labor-related cases as needed.
• Review HR trends and assist with changes and improvements.
• Communicate company values and leadership behaviors to drive performance.
• Assist with candidate selection processes as needed.
