Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a People Solutions Generalist I to evaluate, analyze, and administer HR programs, building trust with stakeholders to ensure HR strategy aligns with business goals. This role supports employee engagement, compensation, talent and performance management; delivers HR services via Workday and other systems, and maintains records in compliance with local laws.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years’ experience, a university degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in HR or People Solutions.
University degree preferred.
Experience with Workday preferred.
Working knowledge of labor relations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Self-starter with urgency in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, analyze, and implement HR activities including engagement, compensation, and talent management.
Provide consulting to managers on performance, HR policies, and compensation.
Handle day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with stakeholders.
Partner to develop proactive HR solutions aligned with business strategies.
Conduct orientation for new staff and HR learning sessions.
Maintain accurate records in HRIS per policy and local laws.
Collect and report HR metrics; create visuals for decision making.
Prepare documents for labor-related cases with HR Partners.
Review HR trends and support changes and improvements.
Communicate and reinforce company values and leadership behaviors.
