Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience.
• University degree preferred.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Working knowledge of labor relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter with urgency and ability to work under pressure in a virtual environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, analyzing, and implementing all HR activities including employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, talent and performance management.
• Provide consulting services to managers regarding team performance, HR policies, talent management, and compensation.
• Receive, process and respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop and support proactive HR solutions aligned with organizational strategies.
• Conduct onboarding and other HR learning sessions for new hires and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records and reports concerning all employee data and HR processes.
• Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics to aid management decisions and communicate findings.
• Prepare documentary requirements for HR Partners handling labor-related cases.
• Review HR trends and assist with changes and improvements.
• Communicate and reinforce company values and leadership behaviors.
