Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyze, and implement HR activities including engagement, compensation, and performance.
• Consult with managers on performance, policies, talent, and compensation.
• Respond to employee concerns and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders to align HR solutions with business strategy.
• Conduct orientation and HR learning sessions for new hires.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports.
• Analyze HR metrics and present visuals for decision making.
• Prepare documentary requirements for labor-related cases.
• Support candidate selection processes when needed.
