Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a People Solutions Generalist I to evaluate, implement, and administer HR programs aligned with business goals. You will partner with managers, maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, and provide data-driven insights to support decision making.

Responsibilities include employee engagement, compensation and benefits assistance, talent and performance management, and delivering HR learning sessions in a virtual environment. 2–4 years of HR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience.
• University degree preferred.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Working knowledge of labor relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines.
• Self-starter with urgency in virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyze, and implement HR activities including engagement, compensation, and talent management.
• Provide consulting to managers on performance, policies, and compensation.
• Handle day-to-day employee concerns with stakeholders as needed.
• Partner with stakeholders to align HR solutions with business strategies.
• Conduct orientation for new or promoted employees and HR learning sessions.
• Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems and comply with laws.
• Collect and analyze HR metrics to aid decision making and present visuals.
• Prepare documentary requirements for HR partners handling labor cases.
• Review HR trends and assist with improvements.
• Reinforce company values and leadership behaviors.
