Job summary

Talent Map Global BPO, Inc. is seeking a Deal Origination Analyst to lead outbound sourcing and identify acquisition opportunities for a US-focused private equity team.

You will own the top of the funnel, building target lists and running multi-channel campaigns to set up qualified conversations for the investment team. The role requires 1–3 years in SDR or deal sourcing, strong English communication, and hands-on use of CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of SDR, business development, lead generation, deal sourcing, or outbound B2B sales experience.
• Experience in private equity, M&A, financial services, or U.S. small-to-mid-market prospecting preferred.
• Proven track record meeting outbound prospecting and appointment-setting targets.
• CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify target lists in defined US sectors and criteria.
• Run multi-channel outbound outreach to owners, executives, and intermediaries.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads against investment criteria.
• Monitor listings and industry events to identify timely opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and pipeline metrics.
• Schedule qualified introductory calls between prospects and the investment team.
• Report on outreach volume, response rates, and pipeline conversion.
