Job summary

Talent Map Global BPO, Inc. is seeking a Deal Origination Analyst (Private Equity) to lead outbound sourcing efforts targeting acquisition opportunities in defined US sectors.

You will own the top of the deal funnel, building lists, running multi-channel campaigns, and setting up conversations for our investment team. The role requires persistence, strong organization, and comfort with high-volume outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in SDR, B2B outbound, or deal sourcing roles.
• Experience in private equity, M&A, financial services, or US SME prospecting is highly preferred.
• Proven track record meeting outbound targets.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and outreach tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify target companies within defined US sectors using research tools and public sources.
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) to owners and executives.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads against investment criteria and escalate as needed.
• Monitor listings and industry news for timely opportunities.
• Maintain CRM with outreach cadence, responses, and pipeline status.
• Schedule qualified intro calls between prospects and the investment team.
• Report outreach volume, response rates, and pipeline metrics.
