Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking assertive and energetic Corporate Care Officers to ensure satisfaction of partners, intermediaries, and mutual clients. You will manage onboarding, after-sales activities, and renewals while identifying upsell opportunities to grow the account portfolio.

Focus will be on building productive relationships through data-driven insights, coordinating with internal teams, and upholding Medicard’s service standards across clinics and partners.

Qualifications

• Corporate Care Officers must ensure partners/intermediaries and mutual clients/accounts are satisfied with Medicard services.
• Experience in onboarding and after-sales of accounts is preferred.
• Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Is involved in the on- boarding and after- sales of the accounts.
• Developing and maintaining productive relationships with partners/intermediaries anchored on data and metrics/ measures' results.
• Understanding the partner/intermediaries’ market and client portfolio thus being able to provide service levels and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Train, Influence, Inspire and Lead other Corporate Care Officers and Associates via regular coaching and mentoring sessions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, e.g., Operations.
• Conduct required initiatives and activities as outlined in the strategies of the division and Medicard.
• Provides computation, recommendation and/or approval of rates and benefits for the renewing accounts.
• Performs other tasks as required by Medicard’s management.
• Is of 100% integrity in all tasks and engagements.
• Fully represents the Medicard brand while performing any tasks and engagements.
