Qualifications

• Experience in corporate accounts management or B2B sales.
• Ability to build and manage partner networks and client portfolios.
• Strong data-driven approach to sales and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and revenue goals/ targets.
• Develop relationships with business partners/intermediaries.
• Be a productive team member of the division.
• Enable/train officers reporting to them.
• Develop and implement plans to drive new business opportunities with partners/intermediaries.
• Provide rates and benefits recommendations for franchised accounts.
• Maintain high integrity and represent the Medicard brand.
