Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking assertive, dynamic Corporate Care Managers to drive renewal sales, build and sustain relationships with partners and intermediaries, and lead the care team.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, train staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery across accounts. You will be responsible for on-boarding and after-sales support, maintaining data-driven relationships, identifying upsell opportunities and delivering strategic initiatives in alignment

Responsibilities

• Meet renewal sales and revenue goals/ targets.
• Maintain and Develop relationships (current partners and new on- boarded partners) with business partners/ intermediaries/ accounts.
• Be a productive team member of the division.
• Enable/ train personnel assigned to work with/ reporting to them.
• Is involved in the on- boarding and after- sales of the accounts;
• Developing and maintaining productive relationships with partners/ intermediaries anchored on data and metrics/ measures’ results;
• Understanding the partner/ intermediaries’ market and client portfolio thus being able to provide service levels agreed and being able to identify upselling and cross- selling/ potential business opportunities; includes business and healthcare insights;
• Train, Influence, Inspire and Lead other Corporate Care Officers and Associates, other members of the team via regular coaching and mentoring sessions apart from the operational requirements of daily activity management;
• Work closely with internal stakeholders ie. Operations
• Conduct required initiatives and activities as outlined in the strategies of the division and Medicard
• Provides computation, recommendation and/ or approval of rates and benefits for the renewing accounts.
• Performs other tasks as required by Medicard’s management.
• Is of 100% integrity in all tasks and work requirements and engagements.
• Fully represents the Medicard brand while performing any and all tasks and work requirements and engagements.
