Job summary

Ten is seeking a Partnership Manager to drive supplier relationships and member access to live events, restaurants, and luxury brands. You will grow revenue, ensure high NPS, and fulfill client exclusive benefit programmes across APAC markets, collaborating with Lifestyle Managers and key stakeholders globally.

You will lead negotiations, manage multi-region partnerships, and develop campaigns to expand offers and improve member experiences while staying ahead of competitors.

Qualifications

• Experience procuring and maintaining Live Entertainment relationships across multiple levels.
• Ability to negotiate and procure relationships, offers or events, or manage a sales/negotiation team.
• Broad knowledge of brands and partners globally across lifestyle industries.
• Proven ability to lead on new business initiatives aligned with Live Entertainment objectives.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for all partnerships and contracts secured within your market across all genres.
• Develop strategies for best in market offers, inventory, commissions and assets.
• Support APAC suppliers to maintain relationships for future growth.
• Monitor partner performance and drive improvements in member satisfaction and NPS.
• Work with Global Proposition Director to maximize exposure of offers and events.
• Lead and motivate teams; stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings.
• Drive process improvements and efficient collaboration across stakeholders.
• Develop holistic vendor strategies and ensure teams are informed of changes.
