Job summary

The Corporate Institute seeks a commercially oriented finance leader in the Philippines to partner with the MD and business heads on strategic and operational decision-making. Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 10–15 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong FP&A, MIS, and management reporting experience.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in SME/owner-managed or mid-sized organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic financial advisor to the MD and functional heads on business performance and key investment decisions.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
• Develop MIS dashboards and management reports for data-driven decisions.
• Oversee statutory reporting, taxation, regulatory compliance, and coordination with auditors.
• Partner with business teams to identify cost optimization and profitability improvements.
• Evaluate business cases and financial viability of investments and expansion initiatives.
• Establish strong financial governance and internal controls.
• Present performance and forecasts to MD and senior leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team and drive automation.
