• Book 20–30 minute calls into leadership calendars.
• Schedule callbacks and follow-ups to avoid missed opportunities.
• Log every call with disposition and notes in the CRM.
• Refer substantive questions to leadership; avoid price/terms discussions.
• Maintain tact and confidentiality in all conversations.
• Learn key industry terms to speak credibly.
