A proven outbound sales track record and excellent English are essential. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, qualifying needs, and moving prospects through the pipeline with professional scripts and persistent follow-up.

Formación

• Proven outbound sales background with closing deals.
• Experience in appointment setting and lead qualification.
• Excellent spoken and written English; strong communication.
• Ability to pitch persuasively and handle objections.
• Comfortable with CRM platforms and dialing software.
• Results-driven and motivated despite rejection.
• Independent and diligent work style.

Responsabilidades

• Place outbound calls to leads and introduce website design packages.
• Qualify prospects by learning about their business needs.
• Pitch packages clearly and confidently; handle objections.
• Close sales with qualified prospects.
• Book appointments and follow-ups as needed.
• Follow up with warm leads to advance the pipeline.
• Record call outcomes and lead status in the CRM.
• Adhere to scripts and training; provide feedback.
