Job summary

TDCX in Manila is seeking an Organization Communications Lead to design and implement leadership development, talent reviews, succession planning and continuous development programs.

The role requires an advanced degree, 2+ years in related fields, strong facilitation, and excellent English communication across the supporting market. You will collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have an advanced/graduate diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in training, policy development or related field.
• Experience in developing policies, process documentation, training and communication materials.
• Strong facilitation skills using Adult Learning Theories.

Responsibilities

• Creates and executes the strategy and delivery plan for the development of all leaders including high potential employees.
• Supports Talent Review, Succession Planning and Continuous Development by programs that narrow competency gaps.
• Evaluates and monitors performance and quality standards of Leaders.
• Tracks course feedback and recommends changes to programs or new courses.
• Collaborates with training staff or external resources to conduct training on specific topics.
• Interacts with Leaders to assess impact and needs and maintain QMS effectiveness.
