Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions Philippines is seeking a senior leader to head Talent Management and Organization Development, guiding a team to advance strategic priorities across the organization.

You will build talent strategies, drive OD initiatives, lead succession planning with senior leaders, and design scalable programs in a complex matrix environment. Strong English communication and ethical leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
• Master’s degree in HR/Psychology.
• 15+ years of experience handling associate issues, investigation and resolution.
• Strong leadership in a highly matrixed international environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Management and Organization Development functions.
• Build the overall talent strategy & framework across diverse businesses and functions.
• Lead multiple OD initiatives as found necessary by the organization.
• Lead succession management process and operationalize it with Sr. Leadership.
• Design and deploy OD initiatives from time to time.
• Program manage large scale talent initiatives with strong change management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Drive large scale OD solutions including I&D strategy in partnership with leadership.
