Job summary

TDCX Philippines is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support marketing activities, manage leads, and assist onboarding. You will handle data extraction, asset management, and event coordination in a dynamic team. Excellent English communication and attention to detail are essential.

You will work within flexible arrangements, leveraging platforms like Shopify, Canva, and OneDrive to deliver accurate, timely results and drive campaign success across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational requirement is Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in marketing communications or related role/internship.
• Exposure to Shopify and associated Apps (training provided).
• Familiar with privacy, opt-in and unsubscribe principles (training provided).
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills (CEFR B2+).
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative coordination and support across marketing operations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage lead processing and ensure timely forwarding to BDMs.
• Support customer onboarding by extracting data and sending welcome communications.
• Maintain records to support data integrity and system alignment.
• Upload and manage digital assets in VIP Portal and Academy platforms.
• Coordinate events and manage staff registrations and materials.
