Job summary

TDCX, Inc. is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to plan and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires in Manila. You will develop manuals, multimedia materials, and training content, and regularly assess effectiveness to drive improvements.

Ideal candidates have at least a diploma or degree in a related field, strong English communication, and proficiency in e-content design and presentation. The role offers growth within a global BPO environment.

Qualifications

Advanced degrees in related field required or equivalent.
2+ years in training or instructional design preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and standard e-learning tools.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver full training programs for new hires, including product, soft skills, and on-the-job training.
Develop training manuals, multimedia visuals, and other educational materials.
Regularly follow up to evaluate training effectiveness and provide improvements.
Assess existing programs and implement enhancements.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop staff performance programs.
Support service quality initiatives and continuous improvement.
