Job summary

Shopee Philippines seeks a results-driven Operations PM to lead end-to-end initiatives across clock & leadtime, truck supply, productivity, and volume planning. You will work with cross-functional teams to tighten sorter turnaround times and reduce parcel lead times, stationed at Podium, Mandaluyong.

The role demands strong data analytics, advanced Excel skills, and proven stakeholder management to deliver measurable business improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years in Project Management, preferably in ecommerce/logistics.
Proven end-to-end project leadership with cross-functional coordination.
Strong data modeling and analytics; translate data into insights.
Advanced Excel; building models, dashboards, data-driven solutions.
Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end initiatives to tighten sorting center turnaround time and reduce parcel delivery lead time.
Monitor truck supply/demand and partner with Agency Management to ensure commitments.
Forecast linehaul truck productivity and set KPIs; drive efficiency.
Plan end-to-end volume ramp-up strategies for sorting centers.
Own high-impact projects from planning to execution with senior stakeholders.
