Qualifications

• Senior Operations leadership experience in a fast-growing Software/SaaS/AI startup, info-product, coaching/education, or related business.
• Ultra-fast execution with bias for action and ownership across multiple functions.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage hundreds of daily communications and moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO's right-hand operator, owning day-to-day execution across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product.
• Collaborate with department leads to align teams, projects, and priorities.
• Own and optimize company-wide SOPs, processes, and systems; enforce accountability.
