Job summary

Somewhere is seeking two Strategic Operations Leads to scale our cross-functional operations across customer, people, sales, and company-wide initiatives. You will partner with the CEO to own SOPs end-to-end and drive execution on priority initiatives.

Ideal candidates are proactive operators who enjoy building scalable systems, owning outcomes, and thriving in mission-driven healthcare tech with a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or Operations Specialist (prefer US-based companies).
• Willingness to work US EST hours for real-time overlap.
• Remote work allowed (Philippines or offshore locations).
• Fluent English, strong written communication skills.
• Ability to build scalable systems, SOPs, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Triage and optimize hiring and recruitment operations.
• Manage CRM data, draft outreach, and support sales ops materials.
• Support onboarding, clinician rosters, and post-sales workflows.
• Maintain end-to-end product knowledge and triage issues in customer support.
• Lead special projects including product operations and revenue workflows.
